As well as providing leading-edge equipment in the field we use such systems to run the company. A network of desktop computers run a SAGE accounting and estimating package, together with two dedicated computer aided design systems used for system layouts and as fixed drawings. Laptop computers are also used for certain commissioning procedures. A new service and maintenance monitoring system has also recently been installed to improve our already prompt and reliable service to our customers. Our new system informs our service engineers when services are due and prints out a list of equipment to be maintained. We are also able to print out a detailed report of works carried out on customer's premises during a service period.
